You have 10 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order.

Item(s) can only be returned if the items have not been opened, used, unpacked or damaged.

Items must be in the original condition with undamaged boxes (if any).

SECTION 3 – SEND ITEM(S) BACK TO US

You are responsible for the items to be sent back to us until they reach us, and agree to assume the costs associated with the returning purchased item(s) to us.

SECTION 4 – REFUND IN COUPON

Refund will be made through VB Coupon which will be made available in your VITABELLA.ONLINE account. VB Coupon can be used to make future purchases.

Returns by Mail

Pack your return well to prevent damage in transit. Use postal service with track & trace to prevent lost.

Email/WhatsApp us your name, order number, email address, return items and the parcel tracking ID
Once our team has received, inspected and accepted the returned item(s) our Customer Service will have it processed accordingly.
