Elementz Magnesium Oil
“..without magnesium, the calcium that we take in cannot be utilized.”
While calcium is most commonly talked about when addressing the issue of bone health, the importance of magnesium is overlooked. What people do not realize is that without magnesium, the calcium that we take in cannot be utilized. This same calcium that is not used often just ends up in all the wrong places: on bones rather than strengthening them; hardening arteries and being deposited between joints, amongst other problems. Calcium is easily and readily available from our food whilst magnesium is not as easily available. What is even more detrimental to our health is to be magnesium deficient and unaware of being so, as a significant number of illnesses have been linked to it. You can find a list of magnesium deficiency symptoms and behaviours here.
Besides calcium absorption, magnesium is also needed to:
-Maintain normal muscle and nerve function
-Release energy from muscle storage
-Manufacture proteins
-Regulate your body temperature

Oral magnesium supplements come in various forms, such as: magnesium taurate, magnesium glycinate, magnesium citrate, magnesium malate, magnesium oratate and magnesium chloride (magnesium oil). What sets magnesium oil apart is that it not only can be consumed orally but that it is efficiently absorbed transdermally which increases its availability to all age groups. Other magnesium chloride products, such as magnesium lotions, gels and flakes are additionally fantastic for topical absorption of magnesium.
Elementz Magnesium products are all magnesium chloride based, with our magnesium chloride derived from the ancient Zechstein seabed. Magnesium chloride is the most bioavailable form of Magnesium, ie, best absorbed by your bodies. What sets our products apart is that they can all be used for transdermal therapies; you can absorb them through your skin.
If you are already taking an oral Magnesium supplement (tablet/capsule), just know that is probably are absorbing only 20-50% of it at best. And if you increase your dosage too much, you are most likely to end up with a case of diarrhea. This is what sets Magnesium Oil apart from all other forms of magnesium supplementation as Magnesium Oil is efficiently absorbed transdermally (through your skin).
Through the skin, you completely eliminate any possibility of loose stools. Many users also ingest small quantities of our magnesium oil to support their gut health. If consuming orally and this occurs, just reduce the dosage. Magnesium Oil is a great way of regulating your bowels; we have only heard positive feedback about it from those who suffer from irregular bowel movements or constipation.
Transdermal or topical application is the one method of Magnesium Oil use that can be used for those from birth to any age. If applying to broken skin or sensitive areas, we suggest that you dilute the magnesium oil with pure water before application. Or, you could just use Magnesium Lotion, which is a very gently and moisturizing method for topical magnesium supplementation.
