Not only do we offer free shipping on every shop order over RM200 in West Malaysia, we work fast because we know you that’s how you want your products shipped to you. We make every effort to process your order within 48 hours. When you place an order from our shop, you can expect your products to ship within 1-2 business days. If you place multiple orders at the same time we will group them whenever possible. That’s our promise to you!

We can send your order anywhere within [DELIVERY ZONES]. All our items are warehouse-packed for safe delivery. We ship all products by Track & Trace courier (Express).

International Shipping (Rest of the World):

The recipient is considered the importer and may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees enforced by the destination country. We are unable to control or predict these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. International shipping fee will be shown at checkout.

Order Fulfillment:

Orders are processed and scheduled to ship through our system one time per day by 8am. All orders placed thereafter will be processed and scheduled to ship the next business day.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
